just playing.xx

good evening all, i hope you are all well.i`ve been having a play with my stash today.anyone who knows me, lol, will know that sometimes i like to challenge myself to make something different than my normal style and today was one of those days where i fancied having a little dabble with my distress inks.i got really inky and i really enjoyed myself too.only 1 pic of the 1st card as i wiped out the other pics by taking piccys of the 2nd card, grrrrrrr.my own fault too.there is more pics in my docrafts gallery though.

so card 1.products used are piece of white card which has been inked with mustard seed, dried marigold and rusty hinge distress inks.i then stamped my artemio grass stamp over the bottom and the dragonflys are also on the set.hero arts sentiment.a few gems and a little doodling and voila.

card no 2.products used are white card cut into 3 panels and inked with milled lavender, spun sugar and tumbled glass distress inks.hero arts sentiment.flower is free with this months craft stamper mag.i stamped it out 6 times and inked randomly with the distress inks and layered them up.a bit more doodling and faux stitches and lots of glamour dust later, this is the result.

close up of the flower and you can see the glamour dust better.

and a sideways view.
thanks so much for visiting my little corner and i hope you like the drastic change in style.don`t worry its out of my system for now and normal style will resume shortly.lol.may be back later with a challenge card.luv coops.xxx

Hi Coops

These are great. It must have been the day for playing with new ideas. I watched Sheena Douglas playing with new Vintage stamps, and couldn't wait to play. Didn't actually make anything, but had a great time anyway, lol.
