good evening all.well did it snow, ohhhh yes indeedy and with gusto i can tell ya and its still snowing as i speak but little mans school was open.its a really good school in that it doesn`t close unless it really has to, much to his nibs dissapointment.me and my better half did venture out in the car to get some more pressies for xmas and yeahhh i got my mini sewing machine for christmas, not long to wait before i try it out :D

WELCOME TO THE PASSION FOR PROMARKERS BLOGHOP!!

Good morning all.

Over at Passion for promarkers challenge this week we are celebrating the change of design teams with a blog hop. I’m sure you are as excited as I am as there are lots of lovely goodies up for grabs!! We also have a few new faces(including me,eek) on the design team so I hope you will leave them a nice comment to welcome them .

Firstly if you’ve arrived at my blog from Michele`s blog you are in the right place, if not return to the challenge blog and start your hop again. Our blog hop challenge will last for 2 weeks so you have plenty of time to enter your card (or cards) and hop around the whole design team.

Our challenge theme for the next two weeks is “old & new” i.e. a brand new stamp/digi with old papers etc. Please can you tell us your old and new items in your post. Don’t forget to use your promarkers or aqua markers to be included in our prize draw.

my new products used are the fab stamp by cc designs, sweet november and pearl glimmer mist which has been sprayed onto the embossing.my old products are the embossing folder and the fantasy film/acetate for the sea.

AWARD TIME.

good evening all.well i am really honoured because i have been given this fab award from the following 3 very talented ladies :

now i have to tell you 3 things about me.
ok
1.i am a really avid reader and love crime/thriller books.my fav authors are james patterson,patricia cornwell.kathy reichs,karin slaughter and lots of others too.i also love the true blood books by charleine harris and also the tv series.i enjoy true crime books too.

2.now i know i love crime and true crime but i am really not fond of blood at all!!!!! or needles and apparently i used to have a certain scream when i was younger if i was bleeding which always bought my mum running with a wet cloth ready,lol.i was really accident prone and i have had stitches in my face 4 times and lots of sprains plus a nice 3 inch skull fracture from fainting in assembly at primary school..i was a big tomboy though.i still am and love me pumps and trainers :D

3.i have a heart murmer which i was born with but it only murmers when i lie down.lol.when i was pregnant with my son i had to see a heart consultant to see if the murmer would affect the meds i could have in labour and he made me have a heart scan which was normal so he was very baffled and still is.hehe and after all them tests i only had a  10 minute labour so no meds anyway.

well hopefully these are facts you didn`t know cos i do like to talk a lot so i may have said before.lol.
now i `m supposed to pass this on to a chosen few but you`re all great so please do take this award for yourselfs too :D

good evening all.am i earlier?? i think i am,lol.so onto tonights creation which ..................................hold to your hats....................................................IS NOT A CARD.
i know i `m shocked too but its still square, you can`t put me too far out of my comfort zone.lol.
so i have made a little gift box which i have filled with handmade peppermint creams which i have made this afternoon when i finished work.this is for my mum who loves peppermint creams.think i need to tweak the recipe though cos they have not hardened as much as i wanted them to and i may half coat some in dark choc.
so anyway i`m rambling!! this little sweet treat is going into the following challenges:
