Wondering Wednesdays.

Good morning all.
I hope you are all well.Hugs to all who need one today.
An early start for me today at work but its all good and the day goes fast ;D
My eyedrops are stopping the itch, the skin around my eyes is still very dry and red but i don`t look so much of a vampire as i did.
I just need to find out what is causing me to react, my scalp is very irritated and i have some patches of ezcema on my shoulders, neck and elbow crease.I am one of those sensitive little people who`s skin can react and then it seems to take ages to right itself again.
Its been a few years since i had a bad flair up so i have to try and not stress about it or it makes it worse.
Soooooooooo on that note i spent my day off yesterday with my 2 special guys, a little retail therapy and then out for tea.;D
I did manage to partially colour up a newly released image from Crafts & Me which i hope to get made up into a card tonight.
For now here is a little sneak peak.
Also if any polychromo`s users could recommend a card to colour on for the best results.
I tried on my bristol board but i wasn`t keen so at the minute i am using a crafters companion watercolour card but it seems a little too rough?
See what i mean, it take a lot of pencil to cover the grain?

Thanks for popping by, it means a lot ;D
Hugs Nic.
xx

Hi Nic! I use Daler Rowney Hot Pressed with my pencils and DIs. It's got a very smooth finish that I like. There is also a cold pressed version which has more texture to it. Sorry to hear you're still suffering. Can't remember whether I mentioned Alphosyl shampoo (you'll get it at Boots) which works for me every time my eczema flares up. Hope it clears up soon xx

Glad you getting the eye situation sorted Coops..and hopefully you can get the ezcema sorted too..you ar ein a bad way...so sorry.
I dont use polycromos...but I do use Faber Castell kids pencils and use a very cheap cardstock with a slight texture as the smoother the card the harder for me to blend.Once I have blended with the oil and colour over again it is so much easier..Not much help really...just thought I would mention it..look forward to the finished creation.

luv CHRISSYxx
