My crafty corner is back.

Good morning all.
I hope you are all well.
My crafty corner is finally back in its place after being scattered all over the house.I cannot call it cluttered anymore though as it neatly arranged and hidden behind a screen.
My living room looks so much more cosier.
Here are a few pics.
This was my tv cupboard half painted, it went from pine to antique white.

This is the snag I hit when I stripped off my old green wallpaper, it took chunks of plaster with it.

My craft corner, all empty and ready to decorate.

A 4 panel wooden screen in lilac and pink which I have now turned into a 3 panel screen, nicely hiding my craft corner when its not in use.

Looks so much warmer and cosy.New carpet and front door have made a huge difference.

My sofa is in good health apart from losing a little colour on the centre of the sofa , so we got some throws to cover them.

My new mirror, my last one was a brown leather one.I have also repainted my tv cupboard, fire surround and screen all the same.A few new storage chests and crates for nicnacs.

A better pic of my screen, this has been a labour of love.6 sides of painting, distressing and varnishing.I have then stuck on some wall art butteflies and new hinges.
The 2 little chests in front are holding all my promarkers and flexmarkers.
And another pic.
I can not wait to get back in my crafty corner today and create something.
See you all soon with a crafty make.
Thanks for popping by.
Hugs Nic.

Looks lovely and cosy, Coops. Love the screen, such a good idea. My crafty "corner" is all over the kitchen so I'm always interested in how my fellow crafters organise themselves. Think I might have to investigate making a screen over the summer holidays xx

Lovely cosy room, your crafty corner looks so small, hope you have enough space, love your screen with the beautiful butterflies
At least with the screen you can keep it from sight when not in use.

Wow Nic you have been busy. It looks lovely though and well worth the hard work. I'm sure you are pleased with your efforts and can now sit back and enjoy it. I love the chequered curtains and soft furnishings but your piece-de-resistance is definitely the screen - it's gorgeous!
