Coops this is absolutely gorgeous! That border is stunning and I love the embossing panels you've added. Fabulous colouring as usual!
I hope you managed to get your present stuck down! I know exactly what you mean too - so frustrating, if you're still stuck (or 'unstuck'!) try Scotch Tape - that's what I use for stubborn wrapping papers!

Stunning stunning card, totally gorgeous. Your wrapping paper sounds like mine got it from "BM" and sellotape, ds tape failed, pva glue failed and in the end i used my hot glue gun, placed in gift bags and praying when they are opened on christmas morning the paper is still in place lol ! x
