shabby chic??

good evening all, this is my entry for the sugar bowl challenge which is a fab sketch and the theme shabby i am not too sure what shabby chic is but this is what i think it is

products used are square card blank.papermania red hot capsule papers.distress inks in antique linen and vintage photo.roses.pearls.lace.hero arts sentiment.manga girl coloured with promarkers.clear embossing powder.

close up of the image.i have embossed her with clear embossing powder, about 7-8 layers and then once cooled i bent the image to crack it and rubbed distress ink over the top.

close up of the sentiment.

and the lace and roses.

and a sideways view.
thanks so much for popping by and thankyou for all the lovely comments you leave me.i really love visiting all your fab blogs.enjoy the rest of your evenings.luv
