thankyou :D

morning all.i was up early this morning as i have to drop little man off for grandad before i start work at half 9 so am just having 5 mins before i have to go and stir little man from his bed.
my chest feels looser this morning (that sounds so gross but asthmatics will know what i mean, lol)
i had a good mug full of honey and lemon last night which seems to have helped a little, plus hubby kindly pounded my back for me to help get the old chest moving.
so i better go and wake a certain little boy, wish me luck :D
see you later.
luv coop xx

Awww. poor you Coops, hope you improve soon...if you can handle it, the lemon and honey is brilliant, but try 1/2 tesspoon of cinnamon powder stirred in it.Amazing results this side of the world for colds and infections...twice a day...

Luv CHRISSYxx

So glad it's eased a bit Nic... my lovely OH is asthmatic - and I get to do the pounding... I'm not a violent person (hehe) but the knowledge that it makes him feel better helps!

Hi Nic,

Sorry to hear you are feeling under the weather. Hope you feel better soon. I've had a dodgy throat myself the last couple of days and feel quite bunged up this morning. Hope you have a lovely new year when it comes. Luv & Hugs Trish x

Hey sweetie, hope you are feeling better by now:) I have a bad cough and I keep complaining; I guess it's a bit worse with asthma;(
I thought I'd drop by and wish you and your family a blessed 2012 with lots of joy, happiness and especially great health! Happy New Year!
