Crafts and Me - Charmed i`m sure (add a charm)

Good morning all.I hope you are all well.Thanks for all your wishes for my hubby, he is going the doctors today and hopefully if i keep on his case he will get his veins done this time.He was offered surgery before but the new procedure put him off.
So on to my card, today we have a new challenge for you at the Crafts and Me challenge, our theme this week has been set by the lovely ROSE with the theme being `CHARMED I`M SURE` so you just need to add a charm.
