Lakes, wildflowers and canal`s.

Good evening all.
I hope you are all well.
I had my blood test this morning, it was over quickly thank goodness and then i managed to get in the hairdressers and have my hair cut and highlighted so feeling much lighter now.
I am popping back to share a few pics of our day out on Wednesday.
This is a pic of Westport Lake, Longport. This was taken from the balcony of the visitors centre.

This was taken in the woodland walkways around Westport Lake.

We went a walk across the canal side after and we climbed up a little hill and found this small lake surrounded by wildflowers, coming up are just a few pics.

Stunning colours aren`t they and then we walked as far as you could go on foot across the canal side before it ends at the  Harecastle Tunnel which is a mile and a half long.

A picture of the tunnel, the barges are allowed through at certain times.
I don`t think i would be overly keen to go through it, the entrance looked only just wide enough to fit a barge through.
Thanks so much for looking.
Tomorrow we are going to Warwick Castle, fingers crossed the satnav gets us there ok.
Hugs Nic.xx
