Good morning all.
I hope you are all well.
My day off today , if i am going for breakfast it will only be toast today as my cholesterol has gone up again,oops.
I have a follow appointment with the doctor though in a couple of weeks so no doubt i`m in for a tongue lashing.
So here is my card for today which i am entering into the following challenges:
