A bit of grunge

Good morning all.Its great to back with you all.The house has never looked so clean.We did have parents evening last week though and Jack had to go to hospital for a check up on his hips.We have a new built hospital now and it was a nightmare, could not park at all so hubby just dropped us off, appointments were running over an hour behind and to top it all off they have lost all of Jacks ultrasounds and xrays and notes from when he was born.
Good news is though he goes back in 3 years time and then he will be discharged.
So today i am sharing the only card i made last week which i am also entering into the following challenges:
